add forums support

no idea what the roll out for this is like but they are currently enabled in discord-developers

looks like just a special channel type (15) that only serves as a listing for threads

Will this be implemented anytime soon? the only reason why I'm still using Discord is because Abaddon doesn't support the forums feature, if Abaddon supported that then I'd ditch Discord app entirely.

geez two years. ill work on it. i might add a low quality but usable implementation first as a stop-gap
