32bit Windows Build

Hello! I like this client a lot, it is a million times lighter and faster than the official client. I have an older Windows tablet, with an Atom Z3735F, whilst that CPU is 64bit capable, the UEFI on most of these tablets is only 32bit, meaning you cannot run 64bit Windows on these devices unfortunately. The official client, and web client do run on this device, but of course, with it's extremely slow CPU, 2GB RAM, 32GB EMMC, it's not usable whatsoever due to Discord's non-existent optimisation. A 32bit build would be great for these older devices that cannot run a 64bit OS.

hey, I've looked into it but msys/mingw doesn't seem to have 2 of the required libraries for 32 bit / i686 so it would be complicated at best

i plan on switching away from msys/mingw anyways. if i remember ill look at getting 32-bit in workflows when that transition happens since ill have to basically rewrite it anyways
