Support by Minimal Mistakes theme

I have made support for Polyglot in Minimal Mistakes theme, the test site is here. https://github.com/PanderMusubi/jekyll-minimal-mistakes-polyglot

Please review it so it can be converted into a PR. The changes are minimal, but the support for multilingual sites jumps forwards.

I'm really glad we can get Polyglot working with popular Jekyll themes like minimal mistakes. It's great to have an example of this!

I'm not sure what specifically to review for this site, or how to help with my approval besides LGTM! 👍 I can include a link to this repo in the readme as an example getting started site with minimal mistakes and polyglot. How else can I help?
