Subject of the feature

It should be clear which packages are listed in the ecosystem, and how to get yours added.

Expected behaviour

There’s topics, and many conditions in that crawling file. Those should be documented somewhere.

This could either be in a note on /explore, or guide(s) on how to make utilities/plugins.
