Retool Filter: USA Region, Exclude all except for "Games"

1G1R is picking up a clone. "Virtual On - Cyber Troopers Net Link Edition (USA)" is the more recent version so it should be shown only and "Virtual On - Cyber Troopers (USA)" should be removed. Currently, both games are being shown on the list Retool outputs.
