Figma and Storybook should use a shared set of design tokens

After doing some research it seems this is very doable. It appears to just be a plugin that we would install in our design system as well as Figma and then paste the URL's to the corresponding story/Figma design. With the new CSF3 in SB8, applying this in SB8 should be easy.
