Problem with Avada Theme

I have problem with Avada theme when I enable the plugin, the style.css and functions.php can not be edit I using WordPress on Hebrew with is RTL. maybe this is the problem?

I haven't encountered this issue, but I do have a few client sites that use Avada, so if I can remember which ones, I can test.
