Fix hero working with Ubuntu 24

Github updated ubuntu-latest to use ubuntu 24. This broke tests in ci and as a temporary solution we switched test to use ubuntu 22.

We should fix this so we can work again with ubuntu latest. But at this point it's not sure what exactly broke and if this is only a ci problem or if hero doesn't work at all with ubuntu 24.

Some potential issues:

Installer doesn't work with new version
User agent lib doesn't play nice with new version
