Whitelisted hosts/networks are not removed

Describe the bug By whitelisting hosts or networks will instruct nettrust to create whitelist entries in nftables. If the host or network is removed from the args or config and nettrust is restarted, the whitelisted entries are not removed

To Reproduce Whitelist a network or host via config.json. Start nettrust and then remove the whitelisted entry from config.json and restart nettrust

Expected behaviour Nettrust should remove from nftables hosts and networks that are removed from config.json
