Facebook notifications pass true

I make a simple rule only allow YouTube in a Samsung S8 . But time to time facebook send me notification of post is just make but that happens randomly. What make me think Facebook notifications only can avoid some how Iptables . What's also a security hack

I believe there is a way to send notification via play store. I used to have blizzard's battle.net app and somehow I was able to receive notifications even after blocking the app in firewall.(the app itself was showing that it was offline. Also, apps can use download manager that is a separate rule in firewall.
