directive numFixed=true if we delete decimal separator then strange behaviour

For example we have 12,00 and when we remove separator we will get 1200 - theoretically it is ok but need investigation. If we have max int size 4 and we have 123,00 and we remove separator we will get same value because it will calculate value 12300 but its size is too big therefore it revert to previous value.
