New XP Bar + Various Small Changes

  • New alternative XP bar that appears only when XP changes or the context menu is called (hold C)
  • More config options such as should XP be displayed as a percentage
  • Made a change to the LevelBarColor config option, allowing it to accept the Color datatype like every other option.
