Increasing Visibility for Initiatives

Describe the Improvement

We want to make Dev Team page presence more obvious - first by replacing ACM Initiatives links with logos like the ACM Committees. We should also add a new ACM Initiatives page to the website to help increase visibility.

@Brendan-Staines A few more things to add to this issue:

  • Replace Helia with Angela Quan on the Jedi Page
  • Figure out what is happening here: https://www.uclaacm.com/jedi/meet
  • Refine the Impact page, fix the floating arrow:

  • Add Anne Do to the Impact Page as Impact Advisor and remove Rohan
