Bump react-router to v6

The main breaking change seems to be the removal of the Redirect tag, but there are also some QOL improvements to paths, as well as the ability to access items such as URL params and the location through react hooks. First step would be to refactor Redirect tags as shown here, The next step would be to upgrade Switch to Routes .
