Switch Oculus XR plugin for OpenXR. Added support for Valve Index and Oculus Quest2.

for Oculus Rift S and Quest, a 55 degrees on x rotation of "CameraRig/Pivot/xxxController/OculusQuest" should be applied

After a few tests on Oculus Rift S and Quest, there are the following issues:

  • Haptic is missing.
  • The pivot point of the controllers is not set correctly.
