bvh and fbx model charactor skeleton not the same and not compatible.

I believe this is an issue with Blender always points the bone primary axis in a +Y direction, while Maya and FBX support unique bone orientation per-bone. I guess the fbx was exported with Maya.
you need adjust bones to T-Pose manually.
