feat: add missing project properties

Adds missing properties to the project model based on api response. Please be aware that there are a few breaking changes since access level related properties mostly use string but should be based on project feature visibility (see wiki and search for Project feature visibility settings). For this I used the existing enum RepositoryAccessLevel.
