Use Checkboxes instead of bold text in a multi-mode Select

Hey team, When Select operates in multi mode with filterOutSelected={false} it shows selected options with bold text style. I am proposing a better UI using Checkbox component instead. In my opinion, it makes it look more consistent and easier to use.

This UI also possibly paves a way towards such a UI in which we have "Select All" as well as be able to select multiple option within one "open menu" action - i.e.; presently, if I want to select multiple options, I (at least I'm fairly sure of this) have to open the menu, search, select an item - then do that repeatedly for each item I wish to select.
