AppNavBar/UserMenu without arrows

It would be nice if the user menu provided in the “baseui/app-nav-bar“ could be customized more. Specifically, would like the option to remove the arrows next to the avatar. It would also be nice to have the UserMenu component treated as a first class citizen so it could be easily used (and documented) outside of the AppNavBar.
