TimePicker does not allow removing chars

Feature description

Having a cursor in a time picker implies that I can quickly remove last char 4 and enter another one eg. 5. Therefore allowing me to quickly change last minute.

But it is not possible. Currently it allows me to only type the whole time again.

When typing the whole time from scratch, it can exists in the input partially so I guess it's just a matter of implementation (?)

We have a similar use case and we accomplished it by overriding the backspaceRemoves prop in TimePicker and then when value is null pass override value that is passed to select and pass [] to avoid errors. Not sure it is the right way or not but it worked.
