-createManagedObject... saves all managed objects

-[FCTFactory createManagedObjectUsingBuilderNamed:] saves all managed objects, unlike factory_girl's create, which saves the very object created. This is counter-intuitive.

It might be better to rename the method to -buildAndSaveManagedObject... or so, or simply remove it.
