TypeAheadPickers should have loading animation

Depending on the source, load times can vary for the typeahead controls. There should be a loading animation so the user knows something is actually happening. I know it can be frustrating for users if nothing shows after just a few seconds...especially if someone hasn't a minimum number of characters to search against and the calls just stack up.
