International messages not getting sent

I am from India and I trying texbelt with my local server. I tried sending a message on my phone number, it is showing success but the message is not received. Can anyone help with what I am missing?

What mobile carrier are you using? There are many international carriers and they have not been updated in a while. If your carrier has an email-to-SMS gateway, it can be added to the list.

I tried using reliance -jio and airtel, but still getting this issue
