Probably should be "typesense-js" not "typesense" to limit confusion.

I thought about it initially, but figured the -js suffix for an NPM package might be a little redundant, since NPM is for the JS ecosystem anyway.

problem is that you're versioning them separately, so when people try to update to the latest typesense-js package they can't just put in the current version number of typesense.
