Seems like this queue of pull-requests hasn't been reduced in close to a year.

Is it time to transition this to a community-led project?

@typealiased can you provide feedback? Mockingbird is by far the best framework I've worked with on Swift projects and it would be a shame if it was abandoned. I am sure the community would love to keep supporting it!
