Support TextView Insertion Point Color on Mac Catalyst

Mac Catalyst only: TextView Insertion Point Color changing on tintColor didSet of SyntaxTextView.

I'm worried this seems like you're poking around with private API, and I don't want apps using Sourceful to be rejected from the App Store. Can you clarify?

Yeah, unfortunately is only way currently available to make it visible on Mac Catalyst for black background textView.

I see. Well, I'm afraid we're rather stuck without it, then – it might solve a problem for a handful of people, but if it fails app review then everyone loses 😔
