Deleted records from dvr

I need to recover some deleted records from my odvr VN-120 (non PC).
Because itcan't have any pc interfaces, I unsolder the memory (Samsung TSOP-48) 
chip and make the dump of it in a file (by hardware reader for this memory 
modules).

But I can't use san_dec - it's no making right audiofiles.

Are anybody knows, what format of datastorage in odvr memory?
May be who knows about marker of deleted records in it?
