udevcontrol reload_rules - bash: udevcontrol: command not found

Hi,

1)I have successfully compiled odvr-0.1.5 
2)I have added 41-odvr.rules to /etc/udev/rules.d
sudo cp 41-odvr.rules /etc/udev/rules.d
3) When I run: 
udevcontrol reload_rules

I get the following message:
udevcontrol: command not found

4) I have also tried:
/sbin/udevcontrol reload_rules
udevcontrol: command not found

Ubuntu 9.04

Any ideas?
