is there a way to add a parameter for MessageIntent

is there a way to pass another parameter for message intent ( https://www.twilio.com/docs/messaging/features/traffic-shaping#assign-a-messages-service-level ) when creating a message?

I am not able to find anything in the documentation or with a code search but want to make sure I am not missing something
