Hello, I am offering my fork of time_diff from archived repository https://github.com/twigphp/Twig-extensions I wish to participate and respond to this issue : https://github.com/twigphp/Twig-extensions/issues/264

This repo is a read-only subtree split. Contributions must be done on the main Twig repo.

Also, twig-extra-bundle is only responsible for registering the extensions of various twig/*-extra packages in a Symfony project. It is not meant to implement extensions on its own.

Also, the comment from @fabpot on the issue you linked said that the replacement should be maintained as a community package, not as an official Twig extension.
