Is it possible to extend this plugin for JS Frameworks?

Does anybody know if it is possible if this plugin could be able to run code from JS frameworks like vue, svelte, react in the future? Or is there an other more appropriate plugin for this kind of stuff? Would be great for learning and trying to have a small playground.

If you can use that frameworks with nodejs then you should be able to use that frameworks already?
