Target Block update order overwriting each other

Description

When having multiple sources targetting one Target Block with different Lines set, they overwrite each other instead of adding to each other.

Expected behavior

Similar to the Flap Display, they should reserve the line they are writing towards and being able to keep writing to that without clearing the buffer.
