Documentation on Hackage and Stackage?

Describe the bug Library information on Hackage and Stackage is out-of-date. For example, inline-r Control.Monad.R does not appear.

To Reproduce Just look at Hackage or Stackage.

Expected behavior Up-to-date documentation.

Additional context Hackage says documentation is unavailable, and planning failed.
