List group action items appear disabled

Describe the issue

In version 5.3.4 and later, all list group action items appear disabled. As demonstrated in the link below, there is no indication of whether the elements are disabled or not without first hovering them.

In version 5.3.3 and earlier, the non-disabled items had text color with more contrast.

Observe that the second, third and fourth element are equal to the last, disabled element.

Here’s the rendering in v5.3.3 compared to the current version of Bootstrap (v5.3.8 at the time of writing):

Currently, it's not possible to distinguish disabled and regular items. It was difficult before, but now it's the same color:

• var(--bs-list-group-action-color) is rgba(222, 226, 230, 0.75) in dark mode
• var(--bs-list-group-disabled-color) is rgba(222, 226, 230, 0.75)in dark mode
