UI Slice Image Dialog

When working with a hi-resolution template (3288x4488 px) it is hard to slice and align images when adding them. Also on a screen with fullHD resolution some UI elements are off screen (like the OK button, one has to press Enter to close the dialog).

Here a potential solution is to scale the preview based on the scaling setting in "preferences".

slice_window Slice Image Dialog on 2K monitor, only shows a fraction of the image when a template is used with a high resolution (compatible with 1200 dpi) making it hard to align horizontally and impossible to align vertically without trail and error.
