Hey @twada

What's the status of this package?

I'd like to see https://github.com/twada/power-assert-runtime/pull/24 merged, as this package is used by AVA (https://github.com/avajs/ava/blob/4fdb02dd66b56f0204e09a7970416d5075f49a3f/package.json#L89)

I'm not using core-js, and I'd like to not involuntary use it, if possible.
