Buttons on post schedule dialog are wrongly formatted

Detailed description

When scheduling a post, the ok and cancel buttons in time picker are being cut off at the bottom. The clock icon is also wrongly aligned but not as badly.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Write a post
2. Use the schedule for later button
3. Select any date
4. On the time selection date, confirm the ok and cancel buttons are incorrectly placed, getting nearly cut off by the bottom of the dialog window.
