Great, that clears things up. The Blender client always tried to use the longer-term one (`apitoken`) except when older accounts (mine) got denied 😛 @izzylys good news for going forward...

Perhaps a larger issue... @didimitrie is there a "standalone" installation of Speckle? It kind of seems like it's evolving to where there is Speckle and the plug-ins to various platforms,...

Try restarting Blender. If it worked correctly, it should `pip install speckle` automagically, but it might need some coercion.
