Scroll wheel stops working

Version: v0.11.0 Windows 11 Using WSL2 with Ubuntu distro

Describe the bug I select F2 to use the scroll wheel on my mouse. Fairly often it stops scrolling, and I have to select some text and then it starts to work again.

To Reproduce Enable scroll with F2 scroll screen - it works Click on a line try to scroll again, but it doesn't work select some text, and it starts scroll works again
