Zoom is not smooth, rattles

After update to NVIDIA Driver to version 560.35.03 zooming isn't fluid anymore.

NVIDIA downgrade is not an option :P

++, also experience this on amdgpu too

edit: nvm didn't look into config properly lmfao does it work for you if you decrease the friction further to e.g. 1
