Consider !search that searches for commands using their "shape"

it's something like hoogle where you can search for functions using their signature

for example !search %1 returns !echo

!search :FeelsWeirdManW: :point_right: * uses wildcard and returns every commands that starts with these emotes

i have no idea whether this feature is useful in any way but i guess it could be ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
