Dialog.lua feature requests

Could you add an option to have the dialog open in the current file location? This would be useful when using the add subtitle command for example. And for the open folder dialog it currently adds everything in the folder to the playlist like other folders and even a desktop.ini? file. It'd be nice for an option to only load video/audio. Also, an option to recursively search folders would be nice.
