Response file creation fails if User name contains a space

I've been unable to create a new pak file because a failed to load error related to the response file. It appears to be because my user name has a space, and the subsquent load command looks in the wrong location. There can also be issues if the files you are trying to pak are located somewhere with a space in the destination name.
