Dataset reader throws tensorflow:Error "File system scheme 's3' not implemented"

By using the command lumi.exe dataset transform --type openimages --data-dir data/source --output-dir data/out --split train --class-examples 100 --only-classes=/m/0k4j,/m/01bjv I get this exception tensorflow:Error "File system scheme 's3' not implemented"

Is there any suggestions what am I doing wrong?

System: Windows 10 Python ver.: 3.6 Tensorflow 1.12
