Error in uploading ecm.results file to Scout "Analysis Results" Webpage

Whenever I try uploading my ecm_results.json file, I get an error on my browser saying "no file in request or file is not valid." Is there possibly an error with scout writing the ecm_results.json file?

scout version 0.6 R version x64 4.0.3 Windows 10 64-pit

@zberquist would you mind attaching the file here? This could be a compatibility issue between the results format written by the new Scout release and the web UI.

Here's an example of an ecm_results.json file (ecm_results.json.zip) that triggers the aforementioned error on the Analysis Results page.
