@alexjpwalker @lolski It would be more or less the same as the Github ([`deploy_github`](https://github.com/vaticle/bazel-distribution#deploy_github)). Gitlab supports the same semantics as Github of creating releases with attachments based on Git tags.
You need to add the stuff in the "Building" section to your settings.xml too.
Btw, I've never tried to build this on windows so I have no idea if it'll really work. But it kinda should :)
