feat: fill item body with parsed blocks instead of rich text

With this PR the action can now use markdownToBlocks to fill the child page. This can be done regardless of whether the body property has been filled or not.

We could also set a message for when the body property can't be filled, something like "Open the page to see more details..." This is related to #56 and #58
