undefined Error: SMS sending failed

SMS messages are not sent and the following log appears in logcat.

E ShellMS_Service_sendSMS: undefined Error: SMS sending failed ... please REPORT to ISSUE Tracker

ShellMS version 1.3 on Android 7.1.1 (LineageOS 14.1)

ShellMS (unfortunately) completely lacks the permission handling. As an quickfix for Api>23, enable all permissions manually. Will be fixed in next version
