Issue Summary

• Update error message style for Auto complete on Table
• Auto complete should fire an event valueError on error input values

Expected Result

• Auto complete Error message style to be updated as per figma and should be displayed as tooltip outside the cell

Observed Result

• The current autocomplete displays error message inside the cell

Acceptance Criteria

• The Auto complete input should fire valueError Event when the error text prop is given.
• The new styling should match the figma design

Decisions

• Emit the value Error event on error user input and create a tooltip to handle error message.
