Bulk actions for Runs in Trigger UI

I will often run multiple Job executions at once. If I want to cancel, or retry a Run I have to do it one by one - it takes a lot of time.

We could have checkboxes for selecting multiple Runs and bulk actions (cancel, retry).

@michalkow this makes a lot of sense.

I've removed the referencing to filtering runs as that's covered by this issue: https://github.com/triggerdotdev/trigger.dev/issues/520
